Terms Of Service

I. GENERAL TERMS

You are welcome to send references and provide all necessary details
for the artwork.

II. PAYMENT

Full payment is required upfront, or 50% upfront and 50% after sketch if prefered (USD/EUR/RUB – PayPal/Negotiatable).

III. PROCESS

Work In Progress (WIP) updates will be provided only after sketch or request. The commission may take between 2 weeks and 1 month,
depending on complexity.

IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

After the sketch, you can request up to 10 changes. Additional edits will incur
a small fee. Once the commission is finished, only minor adjustments
(e.g., small coloring or marking corrections) are allowed. Major changes, such as outfit modifications, additions, or background alterations, will require an extra charge. Please be clear about your vision from the start!

V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

The artwork is for personal use only—do not redistribute, reproduce, or resell it.
You are free to share it on social media but must credit me.
Commercial rights can be purchased for 50% of the original price, allowing you to use the artwork for merchandise.

VI. CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time.
Once payment has been made, you cannot cancel or request a refund.
If payment has not yet been sent, you are free to cancel the request.
